We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am- 5pm.


Booking Online: To book online, first select the type of session you would like and the date range. Next, choose from available dates and time slots. Fill out your account information:

  • Username: Enter your parent email (the email address you received this email from).
  • Password: Enter your senior’s last name. (Case Sensitive)

To complete your booking, enter your credit card information to pay the session fee. Session fees must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.


Email Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email with your appointment time and date. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by calling the studio. Please provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions not canceled within 48 hours will forfeit the reservation payment and will need to pay again to reschedule.


Orders: Orders will be shipped directly to your home. Prints 16x20 or larger will need to be picked up at the studio. Orders typically take 2-3 weeks, depending on the products you have purchased.


Styling: Indulge in professional hair and makeup services at a discounted rate with Bright Crystal Studio, conveniently located in our building. Please allow 1 hour for hair and makeup before your photo session. For bookings within 48 hours of your photo session, kindly contact Bright Crystal Studio directly at (213) 260-1531, as online booking will not be available. Day of Your Session: Please arrive at the studio 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled session time. Bring all props and clothing changes. Come dressed and ready for your yearbook pose photo, which will be the first photo you take during your session.

For your yearbook photo, please be sure to:

  • Men: Dress shirt, tie, jacket, and pants.
  • Women: Dressy shirt, blazer, or dress. For formal photos, women can use a V-drape. For the V-drape, wear a strapless or spaghetti-strap top so the straps can be pulled down past your shoulders.


After Your Session: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your photos to be uploaded and ready for viewing. You will receive an email with a link to access your images. In the gallery, you can purchase images individually or as part of packages. Orders will be shipped directly to you. Note that portraits 16x20 or larger will need to be picked up at the studio.


Selecting Your Yearbook Pose and Ordering Photos: Once your gallery is live, you can browse and order any of your images. Please select one image to be used in the yearbook, choosing from the formal images at the top of your gallery only. Do not choose standing images, cap and gown images, or outdoor images for your yearbook photo. If you do not select a yearbook image or choose a non-formal/outdoor image, the studio will pick an image for you. All yearbook images will be placed on the approved school background.

Locating the Studio: Our studio is situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Torrance. While you're here, we encourage you to explore the many fantastic local spots nearby. Please refer to the map for recommended parking areas and pay attention to street signs for any parking restrictions.
